Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the platform by tenant agencies and their authorized staff. By provisioning a tenant workspace or logging into a portal, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who These Terms Cover

These terms apply to agencies that provision a tenant workspace on the platform (“Tenants”), their staff (admins and collectors), and to individual debtors who access a Tenant's self-service portal. Each Tenant is also responsible for having its own agreement in place with the debtors and creditors whose data it manages.

2. Account Responsibilities

Tenants are responsible for the accuracy of data they upload, for configuring compliance settings appropriate to their jurisdiction, and for the conduct of staff accounts they create.

Login credentials are personal to the individual they're issued to and should not be shared. You're responsible for notifying your agency admin promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

The platform may only be used for lawful debt-recovery and related account-management activity. You agree not to attempt to bypass compliance controls (such as contact-window enforcement), not to access accounts or tenants you're not authorized for, and not to use the platform to collect a debt in a manner that violates applicable law.

4. Payments & Fees

Payment processing runs through each Tenant's own configured payment gateway account — funds collected from debtors settle to the Tenant, not to the platform operator. Any platform subscription fees for using the software itself are governed by the separate commercial agreement between the Tenant and the platform operator.

5. Compliance Is a Shared Responsibility

The platform provides tools to help enforce contact-window limits, disclosure logging, and other configurable compliance controls — but Tenants remain responsible for configuring those controls correctly for their jurisdiction and for their own staff's compliance with applicable debt-collection law (such as the FDCPA, Regulation F, or equivalent regulations outside the United States).

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and performant, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows, where possible, will be communicated in advance to Tenant admins.

7. Termination

A Tenant may stop using the platform at any time in accordance with its commercial agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or pose a security risk to other tenants.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, beyond what is set out in the applicable commercial agreement with a Tenant.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Tenant admins, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
